Integrative & Homology Modelling

CCPB and the Thomas Young Centre (TYC) ran a workshop on Integrative & Homology Modelling at the Institute of Psychiatry (IoP), King's College London on Monday 21 June 2010. The workshop instructed participants in the use of:

1. IMP (Integrative Modeling Platform): http://www.integrativemodeling.org/ , a new tool to give a comprehensive structural characterization of biomolecules, ranging from small peptides to large macromolecular assemblies.
2. Modeller: http://www.salilab.org/modeller/ , a widely used programme for homology modelling of biomolecules.
