CCPB news

We have recently redesigned our website with the aim of making it more user friendly and easier to navigate. As such, some of the pages may have moved and you may need to update your bookmarks. The winners of the inaugural CCPB early-stage researcher short visits scheme to the USA were Ben Bulheller (University of Nottingham) and Jonathan Fuller (University of Leeds). Both Ben and Jon are currently on their placements in the US and will be reporting back in a future edition of the CCPB Newsletter. Details of the work they are carrying out can be found here.

We have recenlty set up a software repository to allow CCPB members to share non-commerical software that may be useful to others. Click here to download a piece of software or to upload some software you wish to share with the CCPB community.

CCPB is now hosting the on-line tool COCO (Complimentary Co-ordinates) which analyses the distribution of an ensemble of structures in conformational space, and generates a new ensemble that fills gaps in the distribution. For more details or to use COCO, click here.

The CCPB Newsletter is published at least twice a year to disseminate information about CCPB activities and the field of biomolecular simulation in general.
